In a microwave safe bowl empty entire content of Fish Curry Mix, 2 cup water (500 ml) mix it well and microwave at 100% power /high for 4 -5 min. Add 500 g cleaned, washed and sliced fish pieces (like Pomfret, Kingfish or Salmon), Mix & further cook on 100% power/high for 7 min. Stir in 1/4 cup (50 ml) coconut milk.
In a medium size pan mix entire content of Malabar Fish Curry Mix and 2 cups of water (500 ml). Mix and bring the contents to boil. Simmer for 2 min. Add 500 g Cleaned, washed and sliced fish pieces of your choice (like Pomfret, Kingfish or Salmon). Simmer covered for 8 min or until fish is cooked. Stir in 1/4 cup (50 ml) coconut milk. Simmer for 1 minute.
