Take entire content of Malabar Chicken Curry Mix in a bowl. Add 1cup (250 ml) water. Mix Well. Pour this in a pressure cooker. Add chicken pieces (with Bone 500g or Boneless 400g). Mix well. Cook for 1 whistle and keep on low flame for 6 min. Stop cooking. After opening cooker add 3 tbsp coconut milk, simmer further for few minutes.
Take entire content of Malabar Chicken Curry Mix in a bowl add 1 ½ cup (350ml) water and Mix well. Pour this in a pan. Add chicken pieces (With Bone 500g or Boneless 400g). Mix Well. Bring the contents to boil, Simmer covered on low flame for 10 – 15 min or until chicken is done. Add 3 tbsp coconut milk, simmer further for few minutes. Stir occasionally.
