In a Microwave safe bowl, take 1 medium size sliced green capsicum (40g) & add 1tsp oil and cook in microwave on 100 % Power/High for 3-4 min. Empty entire content of Kadhai Paneer Gravy Mix, 1½ cup water (350ml), 1 tbsp curd and 200g paneer pieces, Mix it well. Cook entire mix on 100% Power /High untill gravy thickens. Hold for a min. Stir in 1 tbsp butter & 1-2 tbsp fresh cream or 5 tbsp milk.
In a medium size pan, take entire contents of Kadhai Paneer Mix, 1 cup of water (250 ml) and 1 tbsp curd, mix it well. Add 200-250g paneer pieces and mix it. Now add medium size green capsicum (40g) sautéd in 1 tsp oil. Simmer covered 8-10 min. until gravy thickens. Stir 1 tbsp butter & 1-2 tbsp fresh cream or 5 tbsp milk.
