In a microwave safe bowl empty entire content of Fish Curry Mix, 2 cup water (400 ml). Mix well and cook at 100% Power/High for 4-5 min. Add 500 g cleaned, washed & sliced Fish pieces. Mix and further cook on 100% Power/High for 5-7 min. stir lightly. If desired, cook further until gravy thickens. If desired Stir in 2-3 tbsp fresh coconut milk.
In a medium size pan, mix entire content of Fish Curry mix, 1½ cup water (350 ml). Mix & bring the contents to boil. Simmer for 1 min. Add 500 g cleaned, washed and sliced fish pieces of your choice (like Pomfret, Surmai or Ravas). Bring contents to boil. Simmer Covered for 7–8 min or until gravy thickens. If desired stir in 2-3 tbsp fresh coconut milk.
