In a microwave safe bowl, take 250g – 300g cut vegetable (like Green Peas, Carrot, French Bean, Cauliflower, Potato, etc.), entire content of Vegetable Makhanwala with few paneer pieces in 1 cup water (250ml), ½ cup milk (125ml). Cook in microwave at 100% power/High for 8-10 minutes. Stir occasionally. Stir in 2 tbsp butter & 1-2 tbsp Fresh Cream. Hold for a min.
In a medium size pan, take entire contents of Veg Makhanwala Mix, ½ cup Milk (125ml) and 1 cup water (250ml). Mix it well. Add (250-300g) cut vegetables (like Green Peas, Carrot, French Beans, Cauliflower, Potato, etc.) with few pieces of paneer. Mix it well. Cook covered for 5-10 min. until the gravy thickens. Stir in 2 tbsp butter and 1-2 tbsp fresh cream.
